New: Consecutive Steam Sterilization Cycles for Medical Device and Lifecycle Testing! Click here for information
The Duaclave™ is the ideal autoclave where laboratory space is at a premium. The Duaclave™ features two identical chambers, one directly above the other.
Combining two units within one frame, the two chambers operate completely independently.
This model is suitable for sterilizing:
Liquids (media)
Discard
Glassware
Laboratory Instruments
Two fully programmable touch screen color controllers
Electro polished stainless steel chambers
A base shelf within each chamber
Timed free steaming
Holdwarm/Delayed start feature
Please note: When considering options for this sterilizer, please remember that in most cases you will require 2 of each option i.e. you would require 2 printers, one for each chamber. This is because each sterilizer can be operated independently so cycles can be started at different times.
The Duaclaves™ are built with heaters in the base of the chamber, effectively with 2 independant chambers mounted one above the other in a specially designed frame. Water is poured directly into each chamber of the autoclave by the user and then each color touch screen advises when the water is at the correct level.
During the cycle at the freesteaming stage, a small amount of condensate is generated which leaves the autoclave by a flexible hose located at the back of the unit. The flexible hose from each autoclave joins at a singular drain connection. At the end of each cycle the user is then prompted by the touch screen display to top up the water level to the correct level before starting another cycle.
